Performance Characteristics:
- With air cylinder blockading the bottle, and manipulator positioning the bottle neck, this machine can fill accurately without collision.
- With stepless regulation, which is from 50ml to 1000ml (if the span is too large, some parts should be changed), this machine measures accurately with measurement error of “≤1%".
- With big flow-in and out, the machine avoids the blocking phenomenon in the filling of high density liquid.
- Air blast parallels the caps. Drive plate distributes the caps. Spiral cover head catches the caps vertically and accurately.
- Magnetic spiral cover adjusts the tightening and automatic clutch protects bottle body from break.
- This machine positions accurately, never slip and protect the bottle against break by using the positioning device of cam lift bottle body.
