本系列油墨以进口丙烯酸树脂为连接料，采用*的生产工艺制成，适用于高档包装纸张印刷。
【适用基材】
●餐巾纸、糖果纸、纸杯、纸碟、纸盒、纸袋等单面卡纸。
●各类牛皮纸、白板纸、茶板纸。
●面巾纸。
【产品特性】
●颜色鲜艳、低粘度、高浓度、高光泽，适用于高精度、多色套印。
●快干，适合高速印刷。
●附着力优异，耐乙醇、耐热水、耐油脂、耐食醋、抗冻性能优良。
【技术参数】
●粘度：10”~35”（3#察恩杯）/25℃
●细度：彩色＜5微米，白色＜10微米，金属色＜30微米
●初干性：≤10mm/25℃•15秒
●PH值：8.0~9.5
●保质期：油墨室温避光储存，半年；
【印刷速度和机型】
●60～150m/min，中、高速窄幅柔版机，网纹辊线数要求宽。
【油墨稀释】
用纯净自来水或蒸馏水，一般不超过5%，视粘度及浓度添加或加入调墨油。
【注意事项】
●使用前搅拌均匀，个别品种会有分层情况。
●在停机时，用洗涤剂或清洗液清洗印刷机，以免油墨干在版上。
●未使用完的油墨应标记，密封保存。
●同类产品可进行颜色调配。
●有特殊工艺如：耐高温、耐酸碱等化学品需进行测试，并对其进行风险评估后方可使用。
