裁取25mm×150mm的反光膜试样，在其上放置符合JT/T687要求的6600g±33g重锤，使反光膜受到17.2kPa的压力，然后置于70℃±2℃的空间里放置4h。取出反光膜，在标准测试条件下使之冷却到室温。试验后，反光膜无需用水或其他溶剂浸湿，防粘纸即可方便的手工剥下，且无破损、撕裂或从反光膜上带下粘合剂等损坏出现。
