1. 主动机采用进口变频无级调速。
2. 放料、收料均由磁粉制动器、离合器控制（或选配日本三菱自动张力控制器）。
3. 采用陶瓷网纹墨辊，具有寿命长、耐磨、耐腐蚀的特点，对于减少更换网纹辊的次数，提高印刷效率十分有利。
4. 印刷单元采用360度周向对版调节。各印刷单元可以单独齿合或松开，以便其他印刷单元继续印刷。
5. 各印刷单元均配有一组红外线烘干装置。
6. 放料、收卷装置采用气涨式芯轴装夹装置。
7. 停四时墨辊自动脱离、并低速转达、以防墨水干结。
8. 从卷料供纸、印刷、上光、自动红外烘干、覆膜、收卷依次连贯完。该产品具有印刷范围广、油墨无污染、经济效益高、印刷速度快等特点。是各印刷厂印刷票据、卡纸、高档不干胶商标的机器。

4. The printing unit can rdgister in 360 degtees,Each printing unit can dndepen dently gear and loosen to have the units continue printing.
5. The printing units ate all equipped with a grorp of infrared dryers respectively.
6. The rooling device is adopted clipping device with airexpansion core shaft.
7. The inking roller can automatically fall off at stoppage and transfer at low speed in order to keep the ink from being dty and solid.
8. The roll feeding,frinting,polishing,auto infrated drying,laminating and rolling can be processed in one processing.
