YFQ-D系列水墨印刷开槽机是纸箱生产的后道工序，集分纸，轧线，开槽，切角，单色，双色，三色印刷于一体，采用气动供墨，停机不停墨等多功能设备，本机采用水性网纹印刷，，印刷清晰，套色准确，分边切口整洁，节能省力等特点.是生产中．纸箱的 设备。
新型多色水墨印刷开槽机为大直径版辊(φ700mm)，集印刷与开槽一体的组合机械，作方便，质量稳定，手工链条送料方式，适应性强，能够克服纸板缺陷和不规矩纸板的送入，是大型纸箱加工的理想设备，其幅宽可达3.6m。
向位调整采用电动360度行星数字向位调整即可预设数值也可手动电动调整，(向位如采用 360度手动双显示向位调整，可实现停机与工作调整)。
主传动齿轮采用斜齿，12度螺旋角。
压力辊接纸辊间隙调整采用卫星推板式，齿轮传动无间隙，套印精度高。
开槽部开槽箱高可采用手动同步箱高调整和四刀单独调整。
相位自动归零装置，(手动向位可手动归零)。
电动行走，并附电磁离合器，作。
气动单组锁紧，气动总锁紧。
气动隔膜泵上墨，上墨清洗方便。
主传动齿轮采用45#钢锻造，且齿部高频淬火处理。
