PET（聚酯）打包带生产线 PET塑钢打包带生产线，是我公司工程技术人员和国外高级塑机工程师、山东省塑机研究协会共同研制，采用*技术研发生产的新型打包带机器，拥有多项国家，是国内*出口打包带设备的专业厂家，设备采用触摸屏全程控制、多通道系统，自动化程度高，轻轻一点，即可达到全自动控制、全自动生产的流水线设备，其流程及特点如下：
１. 一出一 一出二
２. 一机四条产出，相当于两条国内同行设备同时运行。
３. 设备技术和工艺技术*。PET塑钢带全自动生产线是国内*电脑全程控制系统实现真空自动上料、热风循环干燥，实现一机双条，一机四条，可实现宽度从0.５mm-35mm各种规格型号产品单条或双条的生产，精确节能的温度控制系统，起到了省电和低噪声效果，达到了低投入，高产出的宗旨，是中小企业、塑料制品业经济效益*的致富打包带设备。
４. 原料回收。该生产线可用100％的回收聚脂料生产，直接熔融挤出，生产出绿色或者白色环保的高强度PET塑钢带，产品透明度与全新聚脂切片相仿，抗拉强度比回收造粒增粘原料更强，更不因100%瓶片回收料而造成开裂，变废为宝，是目前世界流行的“循环经济”理念项目；
５. 高效节能。一机多用，即可生产ＰＥＴ又可生产ＰＰ打包带，能耗底，易于操作，可生产多种规格的塑钢带。一条生产线每班１人即可生产，省人省工；
６. 优等率高。该生产线全部采用进口变频器、电机、优质碳钢及铬钼铝钢装配而成，运行稳定性好，产品优等率高，品质好。
７ 技术力量雄厚。公司拥有由机械工程师、电气工程师、工艺工程师及自动化控制工程师组成的数十人售后服务队伍，形成了强有力的售后服务保障体系。
８.工人代培。公司拥有下属的PET塑钢带生产厂，新机可实现生产前满负荷试机，并可代为培训技术骨干，大大缩短了试车时间，从而避免了客户装机后试车损失，提高了企业投资回报率。
９ 协助销售。有多条国外渠道，也可国内指导销售
PET glass-reinforced plastics strap machine is togetherly developed by advanced engineering technical personnels of our company,overseas advanced strap-machine engineers and Shandong Province Strap-machine Developing Association,which adopts international vanguard technologyand many items of national monopolies.and we are the only domestic specialist manufacturers which exports strap machines abroad.The equipment adopts entire touchscreen-controlled system and multichannel system with high automaticity.Only with a light touch,the machine will get into operation automatically,and its process and characteristic are as follows:1.one-producing-one,one-producing-two2.one-producing-four,is equal to two domestic equipments operating.3.The equipment technology and the processing technology are advanced.
