产品概述： 本系列灌装机是我司借鉴技术，自行研制开发的新一代灌装机。它采用活塞式计量原理，集机电、气动于一体，设计合理，结构紧凑，具有性能稳定可靠，计量准确，轻巧灵活，适应性强，使用方便等特点。本系列灌装机主要有单头和双头两大机型。料桶带搅拌或不带搅拌的……等等，以满足不同客户需求。
本系列灌装机标准型选用气动元件为中国台湾Airtec产品，也可根据用户要求选用德国FESTO或日本SMC的。本系列灌装机活塞及密封件均采用304#不锈钢及氟制品材料制成，可耐腐蚀、耐80-98℃的高温灌装。广泛适用于各种含颗粒酱料或粘稠物料、半流体、膏体、酱料、尤其是含颗料物料的灌装。有多种灌装量可供选择。
性能特点： ■ 机体主要由优质不锈钢制作，外形美观，且干净卫生，符合食品卫生要求；
■ 具备手动和自动边续灌装功能，且手动和自动状态可快速相互切换；
■ 快速适接的连接方式，使拆装和清洗更方便；

适用范围： 半自动双头酱料灌装机主要适用于各种含颗粒或不含颗粒的半流体、膏体、酱料、粘稠物料类，如各类膏霜、糖浆、含果肉饮料、蜂蜜等；适用于各种食品酱料、如火锅底料、辣椒酱、豆瓣酱、甜酱、果酱、花生酱、芝麻酱、番茄酱等。

This series of filling machine standard pneumatic components used for Taiwan Airtec products, but also according to user requirements of Germany FESTO or Japan SMC.
