DPJ-A12型单盘纸杯成型机是由一个转盘完成纸杯成型，采用开放式间歇分度机构、链条传动、卷边采用单独升降结构、降低了主功能机构的行程、合理分布各个功能总成，使设备负载减轻。整机采用油脂自动润滑的方式，减低了机器零件的磨损；制杯过程采用光电传感器故障监控，提高了设备性能，达到快速平稳运行，实现了故障自动停机，降低了工人劳动强度，提高了设备的安全稳定性。
