混色机操作规程：

一、始业点检:

1. 检查搅拌叶片是否有松动，润滑是否良好。

2. 开机空转，检查有无异常响声和其它异常情况，确认一切正常后方可开机工作。

3. 检查搅拌筒里有无异物，是否干净。

4. 检查安全开关是否灵活，有效。

二、安全操作:

1.    将各种物料按工艺要求的配方度量和数量加入到混色机内。

2.    将盖子盖好后才能起动电机，并按照规定的时间搅拌。

3.    运转过程中严禁将手伸进混色机里抓料，如需查看，应先停机。

4.    如需清理机器，应先切断电源，方可进行操作。

三、停机操作:

1.    停机后应关好机台电源，关下漏电开关，切断电源方可离岗。

2.   停机后，应把设备*擦干净，特别是相互转动的部位，严禁有灰尘堆积。

4. If the machine needs to be cleaned, the power should be cut off before operation.

Three, stop operation:

1. After stopping the machine, turn off the power supply of the machine, turn off the leakage switch, and cut off the power supply before leaving the post.

2. After shutdown, the equipment should be thoroughly wiped clean, especially the parts that rotate each other, no dust accumulation is prohibited.
