主要特点

1、SYKM系列水墨瓦楞纸板印刷分压切角开槽机，能一次性完成瓦楞纸板印刷、切角、开槽、压线、修边等多道工序(可配打孔、打扣手装置)。

2、印刷、开槽各机组采用气动锁紧，电动离合，分开自动刹车，确保印刷、开槽位置不错位。

3、该机为气动抬板，气动隔膜泵上墨，自动匀墨，有效地消除了机器间歇时水墨变干影响印刷效果的不利因素。

4、采用360度行星电动相位调整，运转和停止时均可调整印刷位置和切角开槽位置，节约了调整时间，提高了印刷精度和生产效率。

5、开槽刀四刀同步调箱高，节省换单时间。

6、可选配开槽上下刀盘、上下压线轮、踢纸刀、压纸杆，手动联体同步轴向移动。

7、主传动齿轮采用45#优质钢锻造且齿部高频淬火处理，斜齿传动。

8、自动喷淋润滑，减轻机器噪音，延长齿轮使用寿命。

9、该机为单张纸板手工喂料，具有外观新颖、操作方便、印刷清晰准确、干的快等特点。

4.Adopt 360 degree planet electric phase adjust, can adjust the printing and slotter positon while run or stop the machine, save the time and improved printing precision and production efficiency.

5.4 slotter knife adjust height of carton synchronous, save the time of changing order.

6.Can choose up and down knife, up and down pressing line wheel, kicking paper knife, pressing rod, manual move together linkage axially.
