自动纸堆翻转整理机，用于双面印刷，正面印刷后翻转印反面；或印刷之反面先上光油（如防雾、防蛀、防潮光油等）再印刷正面；通过纸堆翻转放置以减轻印刷完毕的纸堆长时间放置所产生的翘边和卷边的卷曲程度。灰底白卡只需印刷灰底，白底白卡需印刷反面白底，双胶纸印刷反面等都需要翻转纸堆。

吹风除尘、震动闯纸、减少纸毛、纸屑等杂质，改善纸张表面质量，减少双张进纸，清楚喷粉，加快油墨干燥，减少纸张粘连，背面蹭脏，减少油墨气味，提高生产效率和产品质量。
