一、全自动粘箱机整机特点：
系列全自动粘箱机，由真空送纸部，涂胶折叠部和计数堆积输出部三部分组成。数显调控，PLC电脑调幅，变频同步运转，具有简便快捷可靠准确的操控模式。自动供纸，自动涂胶折叠，自动计数，自动堆码输出，平均粘箱速度150米/分钟，高速节能，节省人工成本。
二、全自动粘箱机各部功能介绍：
★供纸部：
●采用皮带前缘吸风送纸方式，准确可靠。
●采用高档的电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使供纸部可单独控制，操作简单可靠。
●压纸轮高度可调，适合纸板厚度为2-8mm。
●与折叠部联动，变频调速，供纸速度0-130m/min。
●供纸部的前挡板和走纸皮带左右可调。
★涂胶折叠部：
●主电机采用变频调速，系统无噪音，调速灵活，稳定。
●采用进口高摩擦力皮带输送纸板，自动叠送。
●采用不锈钢轮涂胶，胶量均匀，，且省胶。
●折叠部配有纸板校正装置和压痕纠正装置。
●折叠部有两排可调内侧定位导轮系统，成型精度更高。

●计数堆积部：
