HC-50型全自动软管灌装封尾机广泛地被牙膏、药品等行业所采用，适用于各类软管灌装封各种膏霜类、乳液类、油剂等。设备采用十个工位设计。自动上管、对色标、灌装、封尾、压齿纹、出管。控制部分采用PLC控制系统，使机器工作更精确、稳定。与物料接触部分全部采用2316不锈钢材料，耐酸碱、耐腐蚀。管道采用快速卡箍连接，装卸方便、快捷、轻巧。料阀采用转阀，清洗十分方便，无藏污纳垢之处。有四种封口方式可供选择。转位采用精密凸轮分度机构，定位精确平稳。转位电机采用变频调速，用户可自行调整运行速度。符合GMP要求。
