三、性能及特点
1、仪器采用触摸屏全程操作控制，人性化设计使仪器具备操作简单方便，易学易会易保养的特点。
2、本仪器采用数字动态采集识别技术，自动分析和识别油样状态，使用自动控制技术完成45°倾斜动作。
3、本软件可以对测试的数据进行保存，以供后续查看。如有需要还可进行打印。
4、仪器自带Lims通讯，可实现数据上传等操作。
四、原理：
样品的流动性随着温度的降低而变慢，直到达某温度时，样品出现不流动，本机采用新技术，用半导体制冷将样品快速降温，在降温过程中用光电管（含红外）发射多束光线到达样品表面，用电机倾斜样品，流动的样品将光线反射到CCD摄像机上，形成一副图像，计算机根据图像流动时的变化量，判断出油样的倾点。
