三、原 理
样品的流动性随着温度的降低而变慢，直到达某温度时，样品出现不流动，本机采用技术，用双压缩机制冷将样品快速降温，在降温过程中用摄像机自带光源发射多束光线到达样品表面，用电机倾斜样品，流动的样品将光线反射到CCD摄像机上，形成一副图像，计算机根据图像流动时的变化量，判断出油样倾点。
四、性能及特点：
1、仪器是采用CCD对样品智能识别，自动倾斜、自动成像比对、分析、计算报告检测结果。
2、仪器采用的复叠式压缩机致冷技术对冷室制冷，仪器制冷量大, 降温速度快，控温精度高，自动按照设置的降温程序控制，切换不同的冷浴温度段。
3、仪器自带有辅助加热装置，可以对样品升温。
4、软件可实现Excel、txt文档的数据导出，可实现电子文档的数据存储，减少耗材。
5、仪器自带lims系统，可与合作单位联网互动。
