本生产线由程序控制完成自动生产，从原材料3~5层，自动化完成作业，其中包含制作工序可有自动上鼻梁条、自动呼吸阀冲孔、折叠成型和耳带焊接；设备通过伺服送料，定位系统与每个制作工位配合，生产出折叠口罩；为了应付市场需求，根据产品可以对模具进行调整，生产出各式各样的折叠口罩。
