用途/特点
D型水力碎浆机主要特点是采用了“D"型槽体、节能伏克斯转子，内外双重叶片可节能25%，使废纸与转子的接触更迅速，频率更高，与传统水力碎浆机相比，可缩短废纸碎解时间，在不增加动力和容积的情况下提高生产能力。D型水力碎浆机的转子和出浆盘高出碎浆机槽体底平面，在转子周围形成一个低压流区，使碎解过程中的粗大杂质从重渣口进入沉渣井。
Application/Features
The main feature of D-type hydrapulper are the use of the D-type groove and the energy saving Vieques rotor ,both internal and external leaves 25% energy saving to make waste paper and rotor contact more quickly, more frequently .Compared with the traditional hydro-pulper, it could shorten the time of pulp breaking and increase productivity without increasing the volume and momentum..D-type hydro-pulper rotor and the outlet tray is above the pulper tank surface to form a low-pressure flow surrounding the rotor to make the coarse impurities into the dregs well from the heavy dregs mouth with regularly sending under the use of grab.
