高光模温机又称速冷速热高光模温机，它的工作是采用高温蒸汽,在模具上做均衡的加温道,当注塑机合模后吹入高温蒸汽,首先把模具温度提高到一个设定值（一般在130度-140度间）,然后开始给模腔注射塑胶,在注塑机完成保压转入冷却后,开始注入冷水,模具温度很快下降到一个设定值后开模,再向模具吹入空气把冷水*吹走,完成整个注塑过程。

优点

1：可*清除产品表面夹水纹，熔接痕，银丝纹。

2：可以解决塑料产品表面缩水问题。

3：提高产品表面光洁度，使高光产品表面光洁度可达到镜面效果。

4：光产品不需要喷油加工，响应环保，提高成品率20-30%。

5：在速冷速热的情况下，使成型周期大大缩短。
