1、 本机采用PLC控制，伺服电机作动力装置，自动化程度高，定位精准，寿命长。

The equipment uses of PLC control system, power plant is servo motor, high automatically, positioning precision, long service life.

2、 触摸屏显示：生产速度、产品规格、数量、都会显示在屏幕上一目了然。

Production speed, product specification, quantity,display on the touch screen at a glance.

3、 产品控制：胶布宽度精准可控制在0.1mm，可在一轴胶布上同时切两种规格，减少料头的浪费。

Product control:Tape width precision can be controlled within 0.1mm, it can be cutting two size of tapes on one roller, it reduces the waste materials.

4、 生产效率高：分切一卷胶布只需0.3秒，自动换杆期间不需要停机，方便、效率高。
High production efficiency:Cutting one roll of tape only needs 0.3 seconds, during pole change automatically, no need to shut down, convenient and high efficiency.

5、 安全装置：本机采用接近开关安全设置，避免撞dao，保护电机
