本机是一款新型全自动高速敷料贴生产包装设备，采用*技术，人机界面交互控制系统，全伺服驱动工位、电脑全程监测，可实现连续包装生产。

Full servo drive,in the operation, the computer system monitoring the whole production,continuous packaging production.

（1） 原料放卷采用恒张力系统控制，保证原材料卷径发生变化时自动调节张力大小。

Material unwinding is controlled by constant tension system, Make sure the tension is adjusted automatically when the coil diameter of raw material changes.

（2）设备基材自动纠偏控制，高速运转中接料相位稳定，节约原材料。

Equipment raw material deviation correction control automatically.High speed operation, stable, save raw materials.

（3）各送料、切片工位采用欧姆龙、松下等伺服系统精准定位控制，触摸屏进行在线微调保证产品长度的稳定性。

（4）包装采用平压封口方式，解决了滚压设备封口不牢的弊端、封口拉力大小可根据包装材料不同进行调节。包装速度快、质量稳定，效率高、适用于淋膜纸、热熔胶纸等材料的生产

（7）设备具有产品产量计数以及成品输计数数输送功能。
