主要用途:

该设备主要用于大输液生产过程中对玻璃瓶的清洗，能自动完成绞龙进瓶、拨轮交接瓶至机械手夹瓶颈翻转180°、外喷洗、内冲洗、外喷洗到瓶翻转180°拨轮交接出瓶的全套生产过程。

Main Applications:

This machine is mainly used in washing glass bottles during the production of infusion. It can automatically complete the whole process of auger’s entering into the bottle; bottleneck’s revolving 180° from trackwheel folder to manipulator holding, external jetting, internal washing, and overturning the trackwheel 180° to handover the bottles.

性能特点:

采用四水二气六工位的洗瓶方式(可根据用户自行调整洗瓶次数);
机械手夹持瓶颈翻转180°定位冲洗，对中准确，洗瓶合格率高;
更换规格简单、方便，只需更换绞龙、进出瓶拨轮及微调栏栅即可，机械手不需更换即可多种规格生产;
冲洗后的注射用水进入随机配带的循环水箱供循环水洗用水，节约能源;
循环水洗、注射用水洗，洁净空气气洗都使用独立的专用管道，不存在交叉污染。

Performance Characteristics:

A unique washing way of four water- two gas- six stations is adopted (can be adjusted according to the number of washing).
The manipulator can hold the bottleneck to revolve 180 ° and to position the washing, which improves accuracy and qualification rate.
It is simple and convenient to change the standard, which only need to replace the auger and trackwheel or fine-tune the barrier. Multi standard production can be done without changing the manipulator.
The washed injection water enters into random matched cyclic water tank and can be used for cyclic washing, so it can promote energy conservation.
Cyclic washing, injection water washing, and clean air washing use separate dedicated aqueducts without cross contamination.
