本机是一款膏药贴生产、包装设备，为适应目前市场实际生产需求，结合我公司现有技术，进行自主研发，实现生产-包装-次完成，设备运行稳定，采用可编程软件系统在线监测。

（1） 各原料放卷装置以及各废料收集装置采用磁粉张力系统控制

（2） 各送料、包装、切片工位运用国内外品牌运动控制系统，和我司长期理论于实际经验编排软件程序。设备运行中结合自动相位，前后位置自动调节药带产品的中心位置。触摸屏可视化操作。

（4） 模具采用高速钢加工，寿命长、更换模具方便，输入对应参数即可生产

（8） 设备各放卷配有缺料自动停机以及工位异常报警功能

（9） 设备具有产品产量计数以及成品计数输送功能。
