本设备用于巧克力包装加工，由送料、送纸、套壳、压花、电器等系统组成，人工放入坯料后自动进料、送纸、机械套壳后送入压花套，模压压花是由液压缸通过上下压花模来完成的。可按要求任意调整模压压力，以保证产品表面图案的清晰，包装加工好的产品由脱料器自动排出。该设备具有生产效率高、故障低、操作简单等特点。
This equipment is suitable for packing golden coin. It consists of feeding material, paper feeding wrapping, embossing and other electric device system. After plating the material by manual, it automatically completed in the process from feeding paper, wrapping, embossing. Embossing part is done by embossing mold to move up and down by hydraulic cylinder, for ensuring the clear surface of pattern, it can adjust the pressure of molds;
ａnd the stripping devices will discharge the finished product. It features of high product efficiency, low error, and simple operation.
