该立式制袋全自动包装机械能完成制袋，计量，充填，充氮，打码，切袋等工作。适用于包装粉粒状物料，如奶粉，固体饮料，白糖，葡萄糖，咖啡，饲料，固体医药，粉粒状添加剂，染料等细小颗粒物料。二、主要性能和结构特点

1. 配备安全防护，符合企业安全管理要求。

2. 采用智能温控器，温度控制准确 , 保证封口美观，平整。

3. 采用 PLC 伺服系统、气动控制系统、超大显示触摸屏构成驱动控制核心 , 限度提高了整机的控制精度，可靠性和智能化程度。 4. 触摸屏能储存多种不同产品的包装工艺参数，当更换产品时可

随时使用无须重新设定。

5. 设有故障显示系统出现故障 , 帮助及时排除故障。

6. 可根据客户需要制成枕形袋，打挂孔袋等。

This set of automatic weighing and packing system

This machine can do the work of bag-making, weighting, filling, filling the nitrogen, date coding, and bag-cutting. It is suitable for packing power and granule material such as milk tea, monosodium glutamate, solid beverage, sugar, grape sugar, coffee, feedstuff, solid medicine, powder type additive, and dye, etc.

Main performance and functional characteristics
1. Equipped with safety protection, comply with firm’s safety management requirements.
2. Use intelligent temperature controller to have accurate temperature, which ensures the artistic and neat seal.
