3.极片进入卷绕之前具有检测是否跑偏功能，主动纠偏；
4.具有变转速，变张力控制功能；
5.具有刷粉、除尘功能，裁断极片切刀处加有真空吸尘装置；
6.具有直径测量和锥度成型功能，适用于超级电容器的自动卷绕。
