1.本机采用PLC程序化自动循环动作控制，具有堆垛、点杯、进料裹膜封切、分料等功能。（另可配自动添码机，日期打码机）
2.所有重要零部件均选用高标准配套件，气动元件PLC及终端伺服等电器均选用国际品牌。
3.主机结构紧凑，性能稳定，操作简单，袋长即设即切，无需调节空走，一步到位，省时省膜。定位停机功能，不粘刀、不费膜，温度独立PID控制，更好适合各种材质包膜。
4.点杯机采用双伺服，单向点数，提高包装速度。
5.生产速度可调，点杯可选10-100个杯子，以达到包装效果。
6.转动系统简洁，工作更可靠，维护保养更方便。
7.所有控制由软件实现，方便功能调整和技术升级，落后。
8.高感度光电眼色标跟踪，使封切位置更加准确。
9.本机外观采用喷塑结构，产品接触面都采用铝合金和304#不锈钢组合一体。
