主要用途：

联动线KLCX40(60)型超声波清洗机、KSH420(620)型灭菌烘干机、DGZ8(12)或FKGZ20(30)型口服液灌轧机三台单机及控制系统组成，分为超声波清洗、干燥灭菌和灌装封口三个工作区，可自动完成淋水、超声波清洗、冲水、冲气、烘干、灭菌、灌装、理盖、轧盖计数等工序，主要适用于制药企业中口服液及其他小剂量溶液的生产。

Main Applications：

This linkage production line consists of KLCS40(60) Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine KSH420(620) Sterilizing & Drying Machine, DGZ8(12) or FKGZ20(30)Filling & Sealing Machine and a control system with three working areas of ultrasonic cleaning, dry sterilizing and filling & sealing which can automatically perform washing, ultrasonic cleaning, water filling, gas filling, gas filling, drying, sterilizing, liquid filling, cap handling, cap counting and other working processes. It’s mainly applied in the production of oral liquid and other small-dose solution for the pharmaceutical enterprises.
