DNAY800.1100经济型中速凹版全自动电脑套色彩印机 1、用途：本机适用于BOPP、CPP、PET、PCVD及相同性质的组合膜、纸等。本机印刷速度80米/分，机械速度100米/分。 2、主传动机构：主传动采用深圳汇川变频器控制电机，传动每组印版。特点：节省用电。 3无轴装版机构：装版采用气缸，拉动芯轴进行装版，横向调节采用螺杆移动。 特点：减少换版时间，确保版同心度，提高产品质量。 4、油墨刮刀机构：刮刀可任意调节上下和角度，刮刀压力采用双气缸，横向移动采用电机转动凸轮移动。特点：延长版的使用寿命。 5、压印升降机构：压印采用双气缸升压与电磁阀自锁定位，对气缸漏气和停机气缸下掉保护。 特点：保证压力平均，确保色差。 6、套色机械手：采用电脑控制同步电机通过减速传动滚珠丝杆调节，进行自动套色。 特点：转动润滑，套色精度高。 7、收、放料机构：采用双+工位收、放料架，放料采用磁粉张力控制，牵引张力采用国产自动张力控制，收料采用双力矩电机控制。特点：减少废料，降低成本。 干燥、冷却机构：烘箱采用离心风机吹吸，电热石英管分布在每组烘箱的吹风口进行加热，温度由智能温控仪控制，冷却每组烘箱上，出口装一只离心风机冷却，确保薄膜降温。特点：节省用电。
