◎ 超声波封尾机的工作原理是：机器将高频电能通过换能器转变成为机械能，该能量通过工具头传导到软管工件上，以每秒两万次的超声频率及一定的振幅，使软管工件的接合面产生剧烈摩擦后熔化、瞬间完成胶合过程，这个过程称为超声波软管焊接。
