全自动零压线型薄刀纵切压线机操作及注意事项：

1、检查机台移动，应能左右移动。

2、机器运行期间，不允许人员靠近刀轮，以免旋转刀片伤人。

3、机器停止时，应清理机器上废纸屑。

4、每班   停机对机器进行   清洁保养至少一次，特别是导轨部分要擦干 净，不得留有杂物。

5、   换薄刀片，压线轮和砂轮等物件   停机操作。

6、随着刀片磨损和直径减小，分切刀须向下调整，刀锋切过纸板的尺寸在3~5mm范围为宜。

7、   换刀片时   小心刀刃伤人或损坏刀片，上新刀前需清洁刀盘，刀片和压板贴合面。每个刀盘上压紧螺钉拧紧程度应一致，螺钉螺纹不得有损坏。刀片压紧后应检查刀片是否有径向跳动和轴向摆动。刀片在高速运转时禁止人在刀片正面停留或走动。
