半自动粘箱机

半自动粘箱机可分为两种：   种在国内运用比较普及，主要用于纸箱的折叠，涂胶，，输送，加压，记数，吹干等功能，整台机器由送料部，涂胶部，部，输送加压部，收料记数部等组成。操作程序是由工人手工把已加工完的整片纸板折叠后送入涂胶部，由涂胶部自动在纸板粘接部位涂胶，通过滚轮送到部逐个达到   数量后自动传输加压，吹干并   终等完成.这种半自动粘箱机适用于标准对折摇盖一片成箱的外包装箱，而且要求纸箱顺瓦楞的"对折线"   要压好，否则粘出的纸箱可能产生废品。该机器非常适用于经模切加工后的纸板，它   大折叠纸板尺寸是1200mm×1200mm，   小400mm×400mm，生产速度是每分钟50片～70片。

另外一种半自动粘箱机，它是借助于糊盒机的结构形成演变而来的，这种粘箱机是由自动送料部，打磨涂胶部，输送部，手工折叠加压部组成。工人手工折叠压合，到   数量后再放到气压工作部压紧，它的特点是送料部自动送料，但不能送折叠纸板，只能送平板，这种粘箱机的送料部类似前沿送纸结构.它由胶带，滚轮等送料，同时也可以完成对两片成箱的纸板进行粘合，并且可以完成对异形纸箱，偏口箱等纸箱的粘合，它的打磨，涂胶工作部可以非常准确地在需要粘合的部位打毛，涂胶，也可以利用该机配置的喷嘴对异型箱进行局部喷胶，机器双面有12个工作位，可同时有12名工人进行生产操作，生产的速度也很可观。
