5、线速度自动补偿机构，当软辊直径改变时，线速度进行自动补偿，了对每一批纸箱模切尺寸一致。

6、上软辊通过机械或液压控制横向微量摆荡，摆荡往复距离40cm，以   模套磨损程度，且不影响模切质量。

7、刀模版相位调整行星齿轮机构，周向360度电动或手动调整.（运行、停机均可、数字式输入）。

8、当刀无纸板通过时，下模切辊自动落下，避免模切刀与软模套接触，减少两者磨损。
