全自动高速水墨印刷模切(粘箱)(打捆)联动线由真空送纸部，涂胶折叠部和计数堆积输出部三部分组成。全自动高速水墨印刷模切(粘箱)(打捆)联动线采用变频调速，标配PLC触屏控制，操作简单，平均粘箱速度150张/分钟。高速节能，节省人工成本。
真空送纸部特点：
1、吸风进纸能 的适应弯曲纸板。
2、采用 电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使送纸部可单独控制，操作简便。
3、压线轮可调，适合纸板厚度2-8mm。
4、二次压痕机构，可对压痕质量不佳的纸板进行二次压痕。
涂胶折叠部特点：
1、结构监看，胶量可控制，清洗方便。
2、采用不锈钢涂胶轮，涂胶均匀，*，节省胶量。
3、采用 橡胶皮带输送纸板，自动折叠。
4、纸板矫正政治和压线矫正装置。
计数堆积输出部特点：
