■ 用　途：

　　该机是符合当前环保要求的新一代复膜过胶设备，该机使用水溶性环保胶水涂胶复膜，生产时无毒、无气味、无污环境。广泛应用于图片、挂历、包装合及商标等高级印刷品表面处理。经复膜后的产品粘合性能良好、透明度高、立体感强，能溶解印刷品表面喷粉，不出现雪花点。

■ Technical Performance：

　　This new laminaing machine is suitable for the require of environmentalistic mucilage to gelatiniaxe the laminating ,there is innocuity、no-smell and no-pollutation when it is working.it is widely used to

picture、calendar、packing-box and brand ect.,which is also dealing with the surface of advanced presswork.The product after laminting,with good aggluination,high diaphaneity,strong third dimension,can be dissolve away the powder that is on the surface of advanced presswork,which do not appear snowflake spot.

■ 性能特点：

1、	本机采用变频无级调速，性能稳定。

2、	本机复合控制，上胶辊压合，胶水盘升降采用气压控制，只要拉动开关，就能达到以上功能，自动化程度高。

3、	设有自动循环上胶、自动缺纸停机、纸张穿孔、自动分切薄膜，成品收卷车快速换卷机构等功能。

4、	特别配备的经外线加热辊，该机具备了用预涂膜干式复膜的功能，使用方便，一机两用。

1、	The capability of this machine is very stably , as it ad opts frequency conversion stepless timing

2、	This machine is provided with composiy cortrolling ,pressing and combining by the up-glue roller,ascending the glue using cortrolled by air pressure as long as you draw the switch,you can obtain the captioned function of it . its automatixation is very high.

3、	This machine is setting much more function,such as automatic circulating up-glue、automatic stopping without paper、automatic cutting the film、the complete-goods machine can quickly exchanged the another coils.

4、	Specially,this machine is equipped with infrared ray heatedly roller,which is provided with a function that dryly style resume the film using the pre-coated film,it is very easy to use,which have two used-ways in one machine.
