整机性能特点：
1、整机墙板采用抗振性能优良的铸铁材料，厚度达到60mm，了传动平稳，齿轮啮合准确；并由加工 一次制作而成，提高机器精度。安装时采用 水平仪定位找正。
2、所有传动轴、辊材质均为 钢，动平衡调整校正，使机器传送 平稳；所有传动轴、辊表面抛光镀硬铬，增加度。
3、全部传动齿轮采用 低碳合金钢（20CrMnTi），齿宽达到60mm；磨齿加工。
4、整机采用免键连接环，连接间隙，适合长期高速印刷。关键传动部位采用 NSK 轴承，使用寿命长。
5、齿轮传动采用喷淋式循环润滑供油系统，双油泵设计，循环供油，油平面自动平衡，无需定期放油，不会造成溢油现象。
6、整机各机组采用电动分合，气动锁紧，分开时自动刹车，印刷位置不错位。（注：该机每组配备行走电机单独移动）
7、整机移位时持续响铃警示，操作人员 。
8、PLC、多功能触摸屏变频控制各印刷单元及模切相位调整，显示直观准确，操作简便。
9、整机各机组之间采用上方走线；元件采用 ：如西门子接触器、中国台湾复盛空压机、武汉金长江隔膜泵、陕西咸阳离合器、哈尔滨轴承。
