双工位立体纸盒机通过冲压将纸张直接立体成形，不仅可以盛装固体或液体食品，而且还减去了传统糊盒机加工的餐盒需将其撑开的动作，大大缩短食品的装盒时间，满足环保、卫生、密封及快速流转等快餐食品对于包装盒的要求。整机符合“CE”认证，还具备传送精确稳定、生产效率高、占地面积小等特点。

在同一机器上，只需更换模具就能制造不同规格的餐盒、薯条盒、立体盒、汉堡盒等产品。

本机器采用水基胶上胶装置，能达到高效率，准确性。水基胶是水溶性粘胶剂为食品级使用胶水。大部分采用高质量密封轴承，（防止灰尘、液体进入影响轴承寿命）寿命长，稳定性好。全部采用高质量的同步带带动，使机器运行过程中几乎。主模具采用松木材料，更换模具具有高效率。能自动收集堆积清点完成品。根据客户需求加配清点计算器。机器采用PLC智能控制系统，在卡纸没有纸的状态下自动停机。可防止在生产过程中工人接触运转机构造成不必要的伤害。
