BX-512精密分条机 用途: 用于分切并复卷各种无粘性材料，如离形纸、电容器纸、铝箔、薄膜等。 特点: ☆ 上料部分：放卷轴采用摇臂式，独立人工上料台，亦可根据需要选择无轴自动上料方式，上料方便快捷；放料部分配EPC液压光电自动纠边装置，增强分条及收卷效果； ☆ 卷取部分：收卷轴为左右轴方式，中心+表面卷取；收卷轴一般采用气涨轴，亦可根据特殊要求选择滑差轴，卷取的产品更美观； ☆ 传动部分：采用交流电机驱动，配变频器控制；传动中运用同步链条，亦可选择同步皮带传动；所有传动轴均采用镜面光滚轮并且经过做静平衡， ☆ 分切部分：采用上、下圆刀分切，上刀采用刀座固定，下刀采用精密刀垫固定，分切精确、平稳；配除静电装置； ☆ 张力控制：张力为全自动张力控制，由磁粉离合器控制，集中于面板操作； ☆ 计长控制：炮台式长度发讯器检测长度，三段表控制卷流程，自动计长，计长准确；卷取顺畅； ☆ 安全装置：尾座具有欠气压保护装置，气压不足时开不了机或自动暂停，能确保操作人员的安全
