陽離子表面施膠劑 SKA-9

 SKA-9表面施胶剂是我公司研制生产的聚合物纸张表面施胶剂，具有*的成膜性能和良好的抗水性，明显改善环压值，同时对纸张的物理强度、平滑度、挺度等指标也有很大程度的提高，用于涂布白板纸、牛皮箱板纸、铜版纸等和高强瓦楞纸的施胶工艺生产，显著提高纸板表面抗水性，并减少纸张涂布时的掉毛掉粉，提高涂布质量。*替代进口产品。

Toxicity

Have not found any badness factor in used of reasonable, passed SGS inspection and comply with the RoHS.

使用方法

Ø        一般吨纸添加量为0.5-5公斤

Ø        与表面施胶淀粉配合使用（建议施胶用的淀粉浓度为8-12%，粘度在75-130mPa.s），加适量硫酸铝（建议与施胶剂比例为1:1.5，所用为40%的硫酸铝溶液），有利于熟化和效果的提高，上机时施胶淀粉液温度控制在50-80℃

Ø        勿与强阴离子性物质混合使用。

Usable method

As a ruler goes into 0.5-5KG in one ton

Used in conjunction with surface sizing starch（ recommended sizing  with 8-12% starch concentration, viscosity in 75-130mPa.s）, add amount of aluminum sulfate（suggest the ratio of 1:1.5 with sizing agent,40% solution of the aluminum sulfate）,helps to enhance the effects of aging. The sizing starch temperature at 50-80 while machine running.

Do not mix using with strong anionic

储存与包装

Ø        塑料桶包装，净重200公斤/桶，1000公斤/桶。

Ø        储存在阴凉处，避免阳光直射，储存温度为5-35℃之间。

Ø        保存期为6个月。
