一、简介：
随着气柱缓冲包装袋制造行业的发展与日渐盛行，我司引进国外*设计和生产技术，采用进口电器配件国内*生产出多规格全自动SY-1200气柱缓冲袋制袋成型机组。
SY-1200气柱缓冲袋制袋成型机组是21世纪采用的新型气柱包装袋的机器设备，由定型机与成型机组成，采用日本PLC控制系统，德国气动元配件，通过FTF人机界面实现参数实时显示的新一代气柱缓冲包装制袋机。
新气柱袋可广泛取代现有内包装材料，如保利龙、EPE、瓦楞纸、纸浆铸模等内包装材料，不但环保、不占空间、节省成本、提高生产线效率，而且可提供产品zui完善的抗震保护能力。不仅符合环保要求，而且可回收再利用。
二、气柱缓冲袋制袋机特点：
相对于其它的缓冲包装材料，气柱包装袋具有以下优点:
1、节省仓储空间。
因为，气柱包装袋可以实时上线，立刻充填，要多少就充多少，*不占空间。 气柱包装袋是由99％的空气和1％的塑膜组成，其包装材料未使用前*平整，不占空间， 可节省大量的储运费用。在一般的使用条件之下，气柱包装袋可以让您节省20％—40％的运送空间。
2、缓冲*。
气柱包装袋的支撑性，单一个气柱包装袋就可承受60～80kg的压力而不破裂。气柱包装袋能确实的保护所包装的产品，不只是填充、支撑。 和传统的填充物比较，不会造成包装箱内由于空隙大，在运送过程中物品经常移位、碰撞导致物品损坏。既使遭遇外力挤压，气柱包装袋的贴身设计也能利用其气垫来分散压力以避免物品破损。
3、符合环保要求。
气柱包装袋所用原料皆不含有毒物质及有毒重金属，不管是在生产、使用或放置等任何状况下，原物料（塑膜）或成品（气垫）都是*干净的，不会造成任何的二次污染。
气柱包装袋使用完毕后，可以回收利用。*符合国家产业指导精神，也符合环保要求。
