整机构成特点：
QZX 系列全自动粘箱机，由真空送纸部、涂胶折叠部和计数堆积输出部三部分组成。采用变频调速，标配PLC触摸屏控制，操作简单可靠，
平均粘箱速度150张/分钟。高速节能，节省人工成本。
送纸部：
◆吸风进纸能更好的适应弯曲纸板；
◆采用电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使送纸部可单独控制，操作简便可靠；
◆压线轮可调，适合纸板厚度2—8mm；
◆二次压痕机构，可对压痕质量不佳的纸板进行二次压痕。
涂胶折叠部特色：
◆结构简单可靠，胶量可控制,清洗方便；
◆采用不锈钢涂胶轮，涂胶均匀，，节省胶量；
◆采用进口耐磨橡胶皮带输送纸板，自动折叠；
◆纸板矫正装置和压线矫正装置。
计数堆积输出部特色：
◆计数堆码原理简单可靠。
◆采用数字控制，操作简单可靠，不停机输入数据，自动计数，准确输出。
◆具有纠偏功能，偏差可调。
◆计数和推出采用气动方式，动作准确，快速。
Features of the whole machine:
