All transmission shafts and rollers are made of high-quality steel, with high-precision dynamic balance correction, hard chromium
plating and surface grinding.
The transmission gear is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, and its hardness is HRC58-62. It is grinded, reaching
the National Grade 6 standard. It has been used for a long time and has high chromatic precision.
The key free connecting ring is used in the main transmission part of the whole machine to eliminate the connection gap, which is suitable for
long-term high-speed printing.

◆左侧档板、后档箱位置电动调整，并加装气动拍齐装置，纸板横向定位更准确。
◆10.4寸彩色触摸屏控制送纸部、印刷部、开槽部、模切部一次归零，订单存储，
记忆复位，生产速度60、90、120定速巡航，红外线光电计数，预设订单加工
数量。

strength of paperboard, avoid collapse and thinning. It is conducive to smooth input
of paperboard after pressing, stable system, accurate and fast paper feeding, suitable
for all kinds of corrugated paperboard.
The air volume and pressure can be adjusted according to the size of the paperboard.
The position of the left baffle and the rear gearbox can be adjusted electrically, and the
pneumatic aligning device is installed to make the transverse positioning of the
paperboard more accurate.
The 10.4-inch color touch screen controls the paper feeding section, printing section,
slottingsection and die-cutting section to zero at one time, order storage, memory reset,
production speed of 60, 90 and 120, constant speed cruise, infrared photoelectric counting
ａnd preset order processing quantity.
印刷单元 Printing unit
◆印刷辊、传动轴均采用精品钢材，电脑动平衡校正，消*离心力，研磨加工，镀
硬铬。
◆印刷辊采用挂版装置 ：棘轮固定式卷版轴，全版挂版槽，脚踏电动控制正、反转，
装卸印版快速方便。
◆匀墨系统：全封闭双刮刀系统，防灰尘，回墨快，刮墨效果更好。
（选配：刮刀匀墨系统）
◆着墨网纹辊：陶瓷网纹，激光雕刻，300-800线任选。
◆印刷相位及轴向调整：相位采用行星齿轮式结构，PLC触摸屏控制及电动数字式
360°调整，（停机、开机均可调整）变频电机传动，根据要求改变版滚周向旋转
速度，准确到0.1mm内，快捷方便，印刷辊轴向横移采用PLC触摸屏及电动数字
调整，调整范围共10mm。
◆定墨间隙、印刷压辊、导纸辊间隙采用PLC电控，数值触摸屏显示
◆选装烘干装置，提高功效，保证印品质量。

◆胶垫辊采用机械式凸轮槽式移动(40mm)结构；
◆胶垫辊与刀模辊的间隙采用电动控制，停止送纸，软辊自动升起，工作时返回

◆采用速差补偿装置无论胶垫直径如何改变，胶垫线速度自动跟踪补偿，无需
人工调整；
◆磨损后的胶垫辊可以修好，保持胶垫表面的平整；
◆可选配免版开槽功能。
